Valantina Graff our Realtor was a miracle worker getting our 9 Platt Sausalito home SOLD right away! With none of our family in CA, Valantina took on the huge project preparing the property for market herself, including choosing the interior paint color, new carpeting, designed/organized the renovation of one of the bathrooms, refreshing-beautifying the gardens. Valantina Graff did an excellent job in what was in some ways a very challenging sale. The house we wanted had fallen out of contract with a previous buyer and come back on the market unexpectedly, so we did not have financing in place, nor had we put our previous home up for sale. Additionally, the sellers asked for a short escrow, so Valantina had a lot of territory to cover in a short amount of time. She was able to get our previous home prepared, and photographed for sale, after being listed on the market, it sold very quickly!
